Welcome!

Your system isn't broken. It's trying to protect you.
Discover the tools to transform your life.
The autonomic nervous system tends to dysregulate, constantly interpreting danger or survival as threats. When it remains stuck in a feedback loop toward these states, chronic pain, fatigue, inflammation, and insomnia appear, and current medicine tends to treat these symptoms without addressing the underlying causes.
Here we work differently for patients with complex cases and professionals who want to go deeper.

LTF MARIANA SÁNCHEZ SALAS
Integrative physical therapy with neuroscientific approaches to regulate the Autonomous Nervous System.
This part of the nervous system is what receives, interprets and acts on all the physiological and metabolic functions of the body, being a crucial part for the management of inflammatory, autoimmune and psycho-neuro-immunological processes.
Not everything is the SNA, but EVERYTHING happens there.
Integrative approach to the challenges that make it difficult for the body to relate optimally to its environment and requirements with personalized therapies for each individual.
Comprehensive management of the body based on evidence with a focus on physical/neurological trauma and the repercussions it has on daily life and the permanence of symptoms.
The biomechanical approach takes into account the symptoms; more is casementally find the causes, pre-existing propensities and do body awareness work to modulate the excesses that promote the prevalence of pain/limitations and improve the quality of life in the long term.
It is always more important to prevent!

I didn't start specializing in the autonomic nervous system to carve out a niche. I did it because I needed answers for myself.
For 30 years I battled health issues that caused periods of physical and mental incapacity: endometriosis, dysautonomia, hypermobility, and Long COVID. I experienced firsthand what it means to have a body that doesn't respond as it should—and to find only diagnoses and pills that didn't offer a path to autonomy and reintegration into an active and functional life.
So I studied... and studied.
Years spent searching for what conventional medicine couldn't give me. And then the patients started arriving on their own—people with complex cases who couldn't find answers anywhere else either.
Today I have 13 years of experience working on complex cases, 11 with a neuroscientific and applied neurology approach, 9 in trauma, 8 in biomechanics and 6 specializing in the autonomic nervous system.
What I know for sure after all this time:
- IT'S NOT A BATTLE. IT'S A FRIENDLY TRAINING SESSION.
- We are divided between a system that follows primitive maxims and a highly evolved mind that is increasingly detached from reality and the present.
The nervous system is a resource manager designed to help us survive. Excessive noise, mental stimuli, internal dialogue, and sensory information—along with a lack of attention to what is actually happening, which is very rarely threatening—causes the system to operate with little congruence, increasingly activating its primary principle: survival alertness.
Our beliefs, reactions, and metabolisms are governed by another principle: confirmation bias. The body will see and repeat what has proven useful—alertness and distrust, or community and calm. And the tendency is pessimistic. After all, being alert helped our ancestors survive!
- The state of calm is threatening to systems that have been confirming the alert for a long time.
Sleep and nutrition are fundamental. But your relational state—with yourself and with your tribe—is essential.
No system regulates itself. We need community.
That's what I'm building here.

SERVICES

SNA SESSIONS:
COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO COMPLEX CASES AND CHRONIC PAIN
Recurrent injuries, persistent inflammation, autoimmunity, dysautonomia, hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos, neurodivergence, polytrauma, chronic pain, anxiety — cases that the conventional system has been unable to resolve.
The approach is multifocal: neuroscience, biomechanics, applied neurology, trauma-informed treatment, neurocognitive techniques, mindfulness, and neuroathletics.
We use heart rate readings to determine the guidelines and intensity of each session and the homework.

INJURY REHABILITATION
When the body doesn't respond as it should, and previous treatments haven't worked or the problem returns.
We address the cause, not just the symptom. Because behind almost every persistent injury lies a nervous system that hasn't found the safe space to heal.
Constant updates and certifications.

NEUROSCIENCE OF STRESS, TRAUMA AND ANXIETY
Individual and group sessions to understand and reprogram the way your nervous system interprets the world.
Because chronic stress is not a psychological problem — it is a physiological response that has a solution.
Evidence-based techniques focused on the autonomic nervous system and its self-regulation.

POSTURAL AND BIOMECHANICAL ADVICE
Whether:
- You sit all day and certain parts of your body hurt.
- You have old injuries that are beginning to limit your activities
- You are an active person and want to improve your performance or a high-performance athlete and prevent injuries or improve and prolong your physical capabilities, this service is for you.
I will give you tools to connect with the different possibilities of movement, returning to your nature and evolution, communicating with your brain to restore the natural dynamics that will allow you to stay well and be independent in your body process.

COMPLEMENTARY EDUCATION
- Clinics and courses delving deeper into techniques and topics covered in individual sessions.
- Practical and applicable training for healthcare professionals who want to go beyond the symptom.
You will understand the autonomic nervous system and its interconnections—mind, physiology, and movement—as a unit, not as separate compartments.
You gain concrete tools to address the root cause directly and decisively, even in the most complex cases.
Face-to-face and online options available.
